EDIT: I posted some of my old projects below :3

Welcome to my little showoff thread! Over the past however long I have been attempting to make replica props. Many times I start and never finish, but I do complete the occasional project. Down are some of the things I've started to make. If any spark your interest, please leave a comment to let me know! Also, if you share my love of prop making, please share your own, I'd love to see them and I'm sure others would too!

This is my Daedric Helmet from Skyrim. It was originally made from paper and glue (shown below) and then coated in resin and body filler. After that I added newspaper around some parts to add the texture seen in game.

This was the glove from Scarecrow in Batman Arkham Asylum. I eventually made the full costume to some degree, but I don't like how it turned out.

As you can probably guess, this was the start of an Iron Man gauntlet I was going to make. This is one of the many projects I have never finished and probably never will, but I am still happy with how far I got.

This is all I have for now, I'll probably post the rest tomorrow. Thanks for looking and feel free to tell me what you think, good or bad :D And like I said before, if you like to make replica props or armor, please post them I would love to see them! :3

I'd really like to. Once I get my paycheck I'm going to start on a new project I'll probably never finish ^O^ It's the exo suits from Edge of Tomorrow :P

You're crazy.

^O^

Two of the guys who made the actual combat jackets for the movie go on the other forum I visit, and they are helping get some good 3d models out, unfortunately due to laws and such they can't release the ones they mode for the movie, but they are helping another member make a Solidworks model.

I've broken the suit down into a few main parts and it's pretty complicated >:D Ill post some updates once I get payed :)

Time for my rejects! Down below is a fiber-glassed Daedric chest piece, vambrace, and shoulder pads as well as another helmet that was JUST too small to wear. (sorry for the low-res, this chromebook is terrible)

I love to work on things that are new, so after a while into a projects I get bored and move onto another. A big fault, but it keeps things interesting :D
