The view I saw from the Eureka Tower in Melbourne last weekend:

Flinders Street & Swanston Street intersection

Looking towards South Melbourne and Port Phillip Bay

City buildings and Flinders Street station at the bottom

Sun setting looking towards the Westgate Bridge (Hard to see the actual bridge though)

Looking east towards Richmond with the major sporting venues. The Melbourne Cricket Ground (MCG) on the left, home to cricket and Aussie Rules football. The Rod Laver Arena and Hisense Arena in the middle, the home of the Australian Open tennis. Then AAMI Park on the right. Home to Rugby League and Football (soccer)

Princes bridge and Yarra River

Looking north straight over the city buildings

Flinders Street station lighting up for the night

Sun now set over the west. The buildings in Docklands, on the right, are now lighting up.

No I didn't. Apart from it costing more, I'm not a fan of being on a glass floor.
