Distractions sometimes help but mostly i just sit somewhere and go quite until i can calm down.

Music helps with me but I think that's more to lessen the effects of the sensory overloads I keep getting in the college computer room...

Breathing exercises, exercise usually helps but I don't usually do it, music, singing, going for walks, going for walks with friends. If I'm having a bad enough anxiety attack I usually seek help from people, usually a good conversation will help put my mind at ease a little bit.

One breathing exercise I've found works really well is breathing in through your nose for 4 seconds, holding it in for 4 seconds, breathing out of your mouth for 4 seconds, and holding it for 4 seconds. Repeat 4 times, or as many as you see fit.
