Chest hair??? Are you sure? There is no way an eight year old should already have chest hair

I think it's called precocious puberty where in some cases boys under the age of 9 will start to develop earlier than most boys. For some reason the hypothalamus in the brain will tell the pituitary gland will begin producing hormones that stimulate the testicles in young boys. The causes could be injury or tumor in the brain. But this isn't always the case. It's possible that boys as young as 5 yrs old develop early. This also happens in girl at a early age too.

Knew a hockey player that had mustache and shaved at 12. Coaches carried birth certificate with tthem. He is a senior in high school now about same size, not as good a hockey player

It is pretty rare but it is possible. I think Falcons_11 explained it well.

It can sometimes be hard to tell the difference between normal, but towards the early end of the normal range, and abnormal but that definitely seems abnormal so yes, you'd call it precocious puberty.

Interestingly in humans we have a bit of a lull in development that most other animals don't have, i.e. after growing quickly immediately after birth our sex hormone levels drop and our growth slows down then these go back up again at puberty, all regulated by the hypothalamus. The case described here is pretty much what I would guess would happen if that lull just didn't happen.

This was 3 years ago. I saw the kid again he is 11 now. He has a girlfriend and is 12.5 inches hard. I also caught him in the pool locker room with a girl with her mouth on his penis. The girl looked to be 15 and had giant tits and turned out to be the most popular girl in her grade.
