I don't pay much attention to girth. And anyway I think our girth probably grows in proportion to our length. But I could be wrong.

I think they both increase together. I have never measured my girth but I know my dick is fairly thick.

Hard to say. I think my penis was around 3-4 inches long right when I started puberty and 3-4 inches in girth.

Soft Size:
Before puberty - 1.5 length by like 2 inches girth
Now (16) 5 inches length by 5 inches girth.

Hard Size:
Before puberty - 3 ish inches by 3 ish girth
Now - 7.5 inches length 6.4 inches girth.

Btw, I started puberty at 11. It's hard to say what increased the most; it is all relative.

According to several medical texts that discuss puberty, the penis usually gets longer initially, & becomes thicker as you progress through adolescence. That doesn't mean it grows to full adult length before thickening.

I'm probably wrong, but I think Tanner Staging also suggests penile lengthening before becoming wider

That's good because it pretty well matched my experience.
