when your friend or family member who using your computer don't remember to logout account,
Do you immediately log out?
Do you see something or more?
Or ask him to do it?

and is that from email, student account or social media?

I don't allow someone to use my computer.
But supposed I would agree to use it anyway,
he/she uses the still a very restricted guest acc.

So, if hesheit forgets to logout, from whatever,
even from the guest-acc, that doesn't bother me.

When I shut down my computer, all the open accs
are logged off anyway. Because the browser in the
guest-account is set to delete all browser datas when
closing the browser.

Also, I would expect anyone to use his/her very own
portable software (eg: browser) on a usb stick etc if
privacy is a thing to them.

I always enforce security on my computers with the use of Group Policies, and I have the only admin account set on its own, which means even if I forget to lock my account when going away from my computer, if someone else started using it they wouldn't be able to cause any damage since even my own account is simply a standard user so they wouldn't have admin access. The same goes for everyone else's accounts. The only time I ever actually logon as the admin is when there's a bunch of elevated tasks I need to do which either wouldn't work as a standard user or wouldn't be very practical.
