Anyone else notice how much faster you can add muscle in puberty?
I've only been doing body weight stuff but leaned out and added some mass. Waiting longer before hitting weights?

Training advice?

I used to do just body weights before I joined my school football team and was just toning my body and getting lean. But after about a year on the football team I have gained around 20 pounds of probably muscle. I'm not a lineman, I am a cornerback(defensive back). I jump from around 130 to just passing 150. My advice for lifting weights is to start low then work your way up in weights, don't just go all out heavy weights.
