Aside from the legal side of sending nudes under the age of 18, what's your opinion on it. Do you think it's morally ok to send nude pics if it's to other people under the age of 18?

Personally I think it's fine when it's consenting on both sides and I do do it all the time. Just wanna know others opinions

No it's not. This kid in my grade did it a few years ago. She screenshoted it and sent t to everyone in the school. We all had our phones searched and taken away. DONT RISK IT

I don't think it's immoral if both are under 18 or both over 18. I think its ok to send face pics if you know the person, although I don't really like to do that. It's definitely not ok to send nudes with your face in it tho.

at one point i would agree with you, but now it seems people of all ages are getting into more trouble even if it's 2 people underage...

sortof wish i knew the stories more than just the news says. like if it's parents finding pics you didn't delete thats one thing (your fault) but if it's our apps and stuff being monitored thats what makes me nervous

i'm a bit of an exhibitionist so won't deny that it has/does happen but never have face pics and always try to make sure she is of age now that i'm of age

I don't think that it would be smart to post nudes somewhere. If I were to do it I would send them to someone that I knew really well and trusted a lot.

IMO..I think sending nude pics is a very bad idea and if you are under 18 it's and considered illegal child porn even though you and your friend are both under 18 too. You can get into a lot of trouble if the nudes are discovered. It's just not worth it just to get look at someone else's private parts.

I don't think it's a good idea and definitely NOT worth the risk.

i think if everyone is around the same age, say within a year of each other, and all agree, then it's a personal choice, not necessarily wrong or immoral. keep in mind what the legal adult age is where you live

I don't see anything wrong with sending or trading pictures. I think that you should reasonably get to know someone before doing so however. I have been trading since I was 15.

better not doing it if that for sexual content, but if something you doing together like from skinny dipping so I think thats fine for me.

The answer has got to be no, even if you'd really like to. It's too dangerous and probably against the law depending on which country you live in.

Like, in most places its VERY illegal if you get caught, but personally, I'm not morally opposed to it if there is consent and they are kept private

I don't think nudes should be sent no matter what age - you never know what the parties will do with the content, and it could easily go viral which could lead to consequences/trauma.

I do it with my partner and have previously done it with strangers before but not showed my face. I really regret it the next day but usually continue to do it in the future

if you both are okay with it, age is close, and you don't like show your face i don't see too much problems

If you both consent and want them, as well as knowing and being able to trust the other person then I think it is okay. But also only if both under 18 and not your face or defining features

I think its a bad idea especially if you are underage. You never know where your picture could wind up on the internet.

Do not do it. It considered a felony because you will be taking and be distributing child pornography and the person you send it to will have possession of child pornography.

Classic situation where there's nothing wrong with it but everyone likes to pretend there is. If you do it just stay anonymous!

Just as a personal opinion, you should never send nudes over any sort of network or through any sort of app (so Facebook, Snapchat, etc). To keep it safe, I'd say keep the pictures on your local drives only, meaning saved locally to your computer's hard drive or your phone/camera, and show them in-person only (definitely do not upload them to cloud storage like OneDrive, or send them over the internet at all, especially if you're under 18 since like mentioned above, you could get in trouble if they're discovered). If you keep them anonymous, it's not as bad (no face or identifying features), but anything involving nudity should generally be kept face-to-face though since you never know where those pictures will get around to.

I know I've read stories where kids under 18 who sent naked pics of themselves were charged with distributing child pornography, even though they were pics of themselves. So legally I think it's REALLY risky. But, God made us without clothes on, and I think our naked bodies are beautiful. As long as there is nothing sexual in the pics (guys with erections or touching their stuff) or girls touching their breasts or private area), it should be okay if you want to. But I think you'd always be at risk of getting arrested.

Don't even think about sending nude pics under 18. It's considered illegal child pornography. The permanent repercussions are not worth it.

The age of consent in the uk is 16 so I personally think for 16 it should be allowed. What's the point in saying you can be with that person nude and do what you want but you can't have a pic of it ? I understand people sharing them causing problems but then it's up to you if you want to send them to start with.

From a legal perspective, if you're caught you get properly busted, even if you are underage and it was consensual.

From an ethical/moral standpoint the laws regarding things like this are utterly flawed and a load of crap but that's the way things are.

Personally I think if you're willing to trade photographs then if practical you may as well meet up with them in person instead. Funner and probably safer from a legal standpoint in most situations.

To compare and enjoy them

Almost all boys in my class were comparing since we were 11. My friends would sometimes do it inside public toilets. Why bother sending pictures.

I think its fine but I would never put my face in a nude pic. Ive traded pics to friends and even people online just to compare and stuff, idk its kinda fun. I just try to make sure it couldn't be used against me so definitely nothing with my face in it.

I don't mind to sending my nude pictures to my friends whom I've compared with or to all my jack off buddies. But not to strangers.

You could be done for the creation and distribution of child pornography and the receiver could be done for possession so unless your in like a full relationship I wouldn't.

((( NO ))) Thing I will suggest if you do...Dont be stupid and show your face in the nude picture`s that you send to quote: People that you trust on line !!!
