You have phimosis which means that you have a tight foreskin. You should Google phimosis or stretching foreskin. You will find lots of information on how you can stretch your foreskin. Just take it slow and easy. Don't push it or hurt yourself. You will be fine my fellow uncut friend. Don't let them talk you into circumcision. You will be fine even if you can't retract hard. There also prescription salves that you can get from your doctor to help soften for stretching. I wouldn't give my foreskin up for anything but dire medical reasons like cancer.

I had tightness with my foreskin after my penis starting getting big but did some stretching exercises and used a cream and that did the trick. I was able to fully retract when soft like you. You can google it or talk to your mum and dad and go see your doctor. They'll be able to help you out.

I had the same problem but I just kept pulling it back gently every day until it didn't hurt anymore to pull it all the way back

It does sound like mild phymosis. Stretching when hard bit biy bit will help. Do it in the shower or bath will help. Doctors can help with steroid cream. Circumcision is only needed if you were really tight even when soft, or if you really want it. It can take a few months (though you should find it easier over time)

Are you saying you can't pull the skin to cover the head with the skin when it is erect or that you can't pull the skin below the head when you are erect?

You can gently stretch it

Sound like mild phymosis. In most cases, you can take care of this yourself, but go slow and use cream or baby oil. Go slow, do not do anything that is painful.

Probably phimosis. Instead of getting circumcised I just stretched my foreskin in a bath every couple days. Fixed the issue in a month or two.

Yes. See my post above. I was exactly the same way and it started after my penis started getting thicker. There is good advice above. You won't need to get circumsized. That's for extreme cases.

I had this problem, my doctor said to me repeatedly to try and stretch it, in the uk they dont do circumcisions as often. I remember being told to gently pull back on it/stretch it while having baths as the warm water lets the skin stretch more. If you keep doing it, it will eventually pull back fully. If it causes pain then you should visit a doctor and maybe get a circumcision but like others have said, you dont necessarily need one.

I had this at first, I ended up doing some stretches and it eventually loosened up
