How long you workout for?

What days of the week?

What do you usually do on Monday?

How long you work out for: 1-2 hours

What days of the week: I try to workout every other day, or every day if I can. I do stretch every morning tho

What do you usually do on Monday: If im Not in school, like right now, work out if I can

Eating style: I try to incorporate a lot of lean meats, protein, healthy fruits and vegetables, and plenty of water

What motivates you to workout: Not even gonna lie, Dragon ball Z... and all the ppl I follow on Instagram that are making gains

Tbh, i don't go to the gym as much as I do home workouts and calisthenics, but it's the same to me. At home I have to work harder tho, seeing as I don't have weights to do weight training. I gotta make my own stuff up. I used to take my hockey stick and add two about the same weight backs on the ends and squat it or press it :P worked tho!!

Usually about an hour. No more.

MTW, thurs off, Friday, Saturday, Sunday off

What do you usually do on Monday?
Chest to start the week

Eating style?
Healthy, 40, 40 20 split

Last. What motivates you to workout?
I wanna stay healthy, and to keep in shape.
A nice cut, trim body is a def turnon, boy or girl ~

How long you workout for? If you count swimming 1 to 1:30 hours

What days of the week? 4 times a week. I also play volleyball and I am on little league

What do you usually do on Monday? Swim

Eating style? Healthy but I do eat chips

What surprised me about you was the 40 40 20 split. Not many people know that and those who do are pretty strict in training lol. I'm proud

What do you usually do on Monday? Arm day.

Eating style?Protein and carbs.
