I play Hockey and Lacrosse. It is curentaly the off-season for both of them. Does any one know of some good thing to do to train for both?

I keep myself busy from not swimming competitively is I am in little league right now. I also play volleyball at the local community center.

Running for sure. I play basketball but will usually run 4-6 miles 5 days a week. Also you should be lifting weights as well or at least doing pushups, pull-ups, etc. if you don't have access to a gym.

I run or swim 5-6 days a week.

Plus just general Stuff I do at work with the boys I "Kids" sit for. Backetball, Street Hockey, Biking to the pool, The older kid and i go 2 the machine while the younger one is in swim class.
