Ever feel like you're post get in the way of something more important and like you shouldn't say anything because you feel like you come off as an annoyance? That every time someone reads a post you make they could have responded to someone else who probably needs more help? ever post and feel horrible because of those reasons. Then feel like a burden, or as i said in the way, or feel like you're nothing but attention seeking? Or feel like you're distracting from more important post?

Its not just post. I avoid alot because of similar thoughts.

I only post because as a forum... I can tell my self people don't have to read what i say. They only choose to. But I still get that "they could be helping someone else" feeling.

Ever avoid help in general for similar reasons?

I feel like im an annoyance and in the way.

Well I,massuming your referring to you posting here right?
No I don't feel that way. But I also reply to pretty much every thread I think I can contribute something to. Even if someone doesn't "like" my posts or quote me, doesn't mean they didn't take some part of my post as valueable. And maybe they find it useles to idk. And if your looking to really help someone, you'll find those posts that you can do that.

The forum is laid out pretty well you can search topics or scan through subforume etc. so maybe your just not seeking a narrow enough area or something?

Personally, I've read your posts. And I don't think of you as you feel about yourself at all. Your contributing to the forum. A different way to look at stuff. As everyone has a different way to see stuff.

You shouldn't be feeling like a burden... every post is bound to help someone in one way or another. What's good about this forum is that you get responses from all kinds of people who can give you different perspectives, perspectives that you might not have thought of.

I don't feel like I'm burdening anyone when I ask for help here. If anything, I feel vulnerable because I'm admitting I need advice, something I don't admit often to the people around me. Please know that anything you say here isn't just brushed aside - you are as important as any other member seeking help. We're not carbon copies of each other, so a diversity of opinions is a given. Sometimes you will receive advice you don't like, but hey, you could gain a new perspective and grow from it. Don't convince yourself that people won't want to help you before you even ask; that won't get you anywhere. You have nothing to be afraid of here, trust me on that.

No site will be 100% safe (this is the Internet), but I can guarantee there are many amazing people here. Stick around and you will find them. :)

Not a mod, but imo no, so long as the topics aren't like the same thing over and over again and add productive value to the forum. Then it's not
Spam imo.

Kooy I think you are valuable member of this teencommunity. You are not burden. I have read your posts but cause I have had nothing to say so far i havent replied until now.
NO one can say for sure but in case you would be living near me (which you dont) I would in that case like to know you. You sound like nice person.
