So I'm trying to get into shape but I don't really know any good workouts to use to get in shape. I'm not trying to get ripped or anything, just lose some excess fat. I'm 16, 5ft 9in and 178lbs.

I do 10 scrunchies then 20metre run,10 press ups and 20m run, 10 lunges and 20m run, 10arm dips and 20m run, 10 step ups and a 20m run, 30 seconds of plank and a 20m run and then 10 squat thrust and a 20m run. Do all that twice daily.

I think running/jogging and core exercises should be great for you. You could just look up "body weight core exercises" and do some of those at a low intensity then work your way up. Then just some light jogging will get you some cardio to. It is a good way to start if you stick with it for a couple months and then you can move up from there

Imo running is the best. And I think once you get started, you're gonna love it. If you do it, start small and you'll see progress everyday. And the weight will seriously just melt away.
