My sleeping is getting worse. I'm sleeping for 12 hours at a time and it's effecting all parts of my life.
I had stomach problems over the weekend, that I've taken immodium for.

On the weekends I have to work late and have a hard time getting my sleep pattern back, but this is just insane.
Any advice?

I don't know exactly whats wrong with your stomach but I can say that your health is more important than anything. Take care of yourself , if means calling out from work than do so.

You could set an alarm for what you think is the appropriate amount of time you think you should sleep. Then make sure to get up when your alarm goes off. You may feel a bit groggy for short time but you will wake up. Do this for a while and it should help you get back into a regular pattern again.
