Hi! I see that people get banned now and then. What did they do wrong? I've read the FAQs and I had a few moderator edits to my posts, but I really try to follow the rules. Do I get a warning first if I do something wrong?

Kind Regards,
Desi

We don't discuss people's ban reasons publicly because that wouldn't be fair on the person being banned. Trust me though they were banned for a good reason. You should receive a PM from a moderator like myself if a post of yours has been deleted or you continue to break the FAQ in some way, before we go to official warnings and infractions. For little things though like double posting and bumping, you'd have to do quite a lot of it for you to receive a warning.

Everything Endeavour says is correct. Ban reasons are not made public by the staff out of respect of people who are involved. I can also back up what he says - there's always a legit reason that members are banned. Mere difference of opinion does not warrant a ban.

This thread (http://www.virtualteen.org/forums/showthread.php?t=2023692) and this post (http://www.virtualteen.org/forums/showpost.php?p=2933806&postcount=5) also answer a lot of common questions.

Thank you for the info!

Thanks for taking the time to explain!
