I know being bipolar is not black and white, and tbh i am not very educated on it but i want your guys' thoughts:

my mum is generally a happy person, but i have noticed this lately. one second, she'd be laughing and making jokes and being her usual bubbly self, but at the next second she'll snap and get angry with me or my sister over the smallest thing

do you guys think she is bipolar? can i do anything to help her with these kind of mood swings?

i hope i havent offended anybody with this, again im not very educated on bipolar :)

She shows one major sign of being bipolar, but you can't be sure without a diagnosis. it's like OCD, which is much more complicated than simply liking things to be neat.

How close is she to menepause?
I understand that makes some women nuts, but its not bipolar related.
