Hey! Lets talk about some awesome workouts! I may help you and you may help me!!

Mine: (Reps) x (Sets)

3x5: 100 lb. Wide Rows

3x5: 200 lb. Chest Press

3x5: 100 lb. Goblet Squats

3x5: 50 lb. Bicep Curls

3x5: 100 lb. BarBell SHrugs

3x5: 50 lb. Behind the back Barbell Shrugs

Then finish it off with a Till I Fall Pushup set!


How do you workout? (This is just my upper body! Will post about Lower Body soon!!)
