I was wondering if anyone would be willing to post the i guess you would calls specs of your diet. Also put any working out in it as well im just curious.

My diet is a low to no carb diet. I eat a lot of lean protein, fruits and vegetables. Minimal dairy and minimal carbs. I also go to the gym about 6 times a week.

I eat banana, avocado, thats it, haha. still eat carbo because I feel I have a fast metabolism.
Never hit gym, my sport is only swimming and playing drums ). but I do push up and pull up daily.

Mostly salads / fish, very little pasta, some chicken. No gym, except for cardio & running, lite yoga

I'm not really on a diet. I run several times a week.

I don't really have a diet, I just try to eat in moderation. I mainly keep lean by running and weightlifting.
