Like the title says, how do you schedule your workouts? Do you switch them up every week?

I have mine planned for when I start going to the gym:

Sunday - Arms/Shoulders/Back
Monday - Legs/Glutes/Jump
Tuesday - Rest
Wednesday - Core/Chest
Thursday - Rest
Friday - Legs/Back/Shoulders
Saturday - Rest

or smth like this

For now it's more like: every other day, full body workout or solely legs
