This is a game I just thought up, so here goes!

HOW TO PLAY:

Say one negative thought you're having.
The next person has to counter it with a positive compliment!
And it just goes on and on.

For example:

Person A: I'll never get into the college I want to go to.

Person B: I'm sure you're more than qualified! If you put in good honest effort, you'll get in!

I think my nose is too large.

Person C: But what about the way it brings out your eyes?

and so on.

I'll go first:

I have a really noticeable scar on my knee from a childhood accident and I'm afraid to wear shorts because of it.

Scars are probably the least of your worries. No one will judge you over em.

I don't know what I want to do in my future

At least you're keeping your options open instead of closing doors! :)

I feel dysphoric in my body

That is nothing to be ashamed of, all that matters is that you be who you want to be.

It's hard for me to say my opinions because I'm afraid I'll be judged.

You always have your friends to speak to, who won't judge you.

With your intelligence and personality I will have no problem to find the job you want.

Every time I saying something it comes out wrong. I'm losing friends because of it.

If you explain to them that what you said didn't come out right and tell them what you really meant, I'm sure they'll forgive you.

I'm not happy with my body image.
