Hey, so I thought I'd post this here because the description said "advice on healthy living" so here we go.

I know it's natural for most teens to have acne, but for me, I have not only acne all over my body, but i also have quite a bit of eczema and I've had it ever since I was three. I was wondering if anyone here knew of the best way to not only get rid of it, but also to help make my skin much smoother than it is now. Thanks for any advice you can give me. :D

I think that the best solution would be go to the doctors. My brother had acne quite bad and he went after multiple products failed to cure it. They gave him something and it was almost completely gone in a couple of weeks.

Yeah, I'd say going to your doctor would be your best option. It doesn't sound like something just any old over the counter cream could fix.

There might be something specific that you are not aware of that your doctor could pick up

Perhaps you could approach an experienced dermatologist for help. If you are having acne all over, it sounds that you might have truncal acne. For the more resistant truncal acne, they would usually need antibiotics(oral or topical) to get better.

Id be going to a specialist, antibiotic treatments can be agressibve and dry out the skin whihis two things you dont want in ezcema.

I have a lot of problems with my skin too, it upsets me so badly... I have just started using the skin care products from Evologie (https://www.evologie.com/). My friends use them, and it seems to be a good thing, I guess. Have you ever used something like that?
