So, I want to train my body so that it gets more physically prepared and more in form. (I don't want to get muscular, though.)
There are only two problems:
- I'm pretty slim. My bmi is usually around the minimum that is classified as 'Normal'. Basically if I lose 1kg, I'm underweight.
- I have a heart problem that means I get tired quicker than a normal person.
Can I still get more physically prepared by doing specific exercises?
