I'm just not in mood to eat good food these days. Its not that I don't feel hungry. I do, and I eat a lot, but its just junk. I'm just not able to eat any healthy food. I don't know why. Can it be cause of depression?

I don't know if being depressed would make you not want vegetables or not. A lot of depressed people eat and over eat or don't eat when depressed. Maybe you have just slipped into a junk food habit temporarily. I think you should just make a conscious effort to start eating better food and eat a balanced diet. This will be better for your mind and body.

I honestly don't know anyone who is ever really "in the mood" to eat veggies. Sometimes you just gotta get over it and eat them...they are very good for you.

I usually try to eat a balanced diet with veggies and all but I found that when I'm feeling depressed I eat a lot more junk like candy.
So yeah your not being in the mood for veggies can stem from depression.
