How many squats can you do in a session?

How much pain do you feel the next day after doing your maximum?

Normal squats? Easily a few hundred buddy! I hardly ever work out my legs though and if I was to do squats I would do weighted squats.

What about jumping and sumo squats?

Never done them buddy! Again sumo squats would have to be weighted and as for jumping I imagine I could do maybe 50-100? I honestly don't know and there is not much point when you can do that many.

You don't sound super experienced with lifting.

If you want to lift weights, i recommend finding a trainer to help you out and teach you. After you know what you're doing, you can workout on your own.

If you can't afford a trainer, join a sports team or find a friend to help you. Most high schools have a weight room and most sports lift.
