Any others who know bands that use 7 strings?

Korn, Fear Factory, Deftones, etc.
I also know Slayer's album God Hates Us All only uses 7 or 8-stringed guitars, if I'm not mistaken.

I don't think anybody outside metal uses 7-string guitars.

Yeah... Lacuna Coil, Linkin Park (on With You and Don't stay), the old Meshuggah and Steve Vai also used a 7 string
And I guess some jazz musicians use 7 strings.

Yeah, 7 string is mostly a metal thing. I know Our Last Night uses a 7 string sometimes, and Deftones too like someone already said. Most rock bands just stick to the 6 string.

Fear Factory. their guitar sounds always better than any 7 djent with too much low oomphh.
