I like to make a simple thing REALLY PERFECT....like PERFECT scrambled eggs or a grilled cheese with the best cheddar cheese, grilled exactly to the right moment when the bread just gets golden brown. Never really tried complicated recipes.

My favorite thing to cook is a famous Vietnamese dish called Thit Bo Thai Chanh. It is raw beef cooked with lemon juice. This is a messy and fun this I would enjoy making and eating. :yummy::yummy:

My favorite thing to cook is a boneless skinless chicken breast in a skillet and then using the leftover grease and fat from fry up some Ramen noodles and put the noodles on the plate for the chicken on top. Takes like no time and is great when you have kids to feed like when my brother brings over his group of nerds.
