Have any of you tried sugaring as opposed to regular waxing?

If you have what differences did you notice between the two?

I never hard of it, so I googled it, here's what I found, don't think I'll be trying it personally

Wouldn't this hurt like hell?? Also seems to be too messy.

I don't do either, but even if I did wax, I don't think I'd bother sugaring.

I've gotten waxed and it wasn't too bad. It doesn't seem all that much more messy than waxing lol

I go every few weeks. I think sugaring hurts less than waxing and works really well. I started with just my legs and now get everything sugared.

Seems like the mess would attract ants...

I wonder if the type of stove one is using affects the cooking of the sugarwax. (Gas, electric, induction).

That was a variable I didn't see the blogger acknowledge in her article.

I'm not too worried about ants or anything like that as I'd be going to a salon lol

LOL it's nothing where ants, or stoves would be involved. It's at a salon just like waxing and is in almost every way like waxing. I think it hurts less and does a really good job.
