Could you give me some ways to get a flatter stomach. I know drinking water more helps but what exercises could help? And nothing too extreme

BTW I'm 14

Sit ups do wonders for your stomach muschles. But like any exercise, moderation, limits, and balance. Meaning, do not push so much to cause injury, but push to the limits, and, balance, it full body, you need to work out the full body evenly or else you'll look awkward when one part is all hard and the rest is all flabby

Diet is a huge part, water, is huge, lots of water and protein and cards, but also at the right time

Do situps/crunches, but don't do just one kind!!! Vary them as much as possible, there are MANY muscles in the abs so you have do different types of crunches to get them all. Planks are also very good for strong, flat abs! Google crunch sit-ups or something for a list.

At 14 do not worry about calorie consumption too much as your body is growing so rapidly. I would say you should do some cardio and burn some fat:)

Drinking water is good for cleansing the body from inside too but for your goal you need to concentrate more on the exercises :) Very good practise in such case is yoga because it stretches all body, including the stomach ;) In my case it was a perfect decision!
Also practising with special sport stuff like this one http://jonsguide.org/best-top-inversion-table-reviews/ and similiar to itis very effective ;) But only if you don't have any problems with your spine!
Pilates and shaping are very good too ;) And some types of dancing ;)
