Hey all! What do you have to say about fungal infections in inner thighs. I'm usually an active person in sports and other activities in school. I just can't stop doing all that. But i kind of keep getting these fungal infections. As far as I know I keep all my things as clean as possible. What do you think is the reason for it. I really don't want to go to the doctor for this. I'm kind of scared of doctors. So can anyone help me out here. Please suggest some quick treatment and something to avoid them too.

Maybe its from sweat..like the same thing happens with runners between their toes

Make sure you wash your gym bags as often as you wash the gym or workout outfit itself.

Also look into anti-fungal products and creams you can put on yourself in areas where sweat common.

But if this is a chronic problem, you might have to see a doctor.

Bleach, soap and antibiotic soap doesn't necessarily treat fungal problems.

This is a real great suggestion I totally agree.
