So I'm a karate enthusiast and before training we always do a dynamic warm up then some stretching, but before I do sport at school the teachers just tel us to jog around a field. I don't know why but before more intensive exercise i end up pulling muscles in my legs, and lactic acid just builds up. Before long Jogs or short sprints how do u warm up?

It's hard to say exactly what you are or are not doing properly here. So I'd ask yiur trainer, coach, or who ever you work with that's telling younwhatbto do to get warmed up
