Hey, so my friend that im extremely close with is taking anti-depressants because he has anxiety issues. And idk if this is true or not but someone i know told me that he's probably not my friend at all, hed probably hate you if he wasnt taking them. Can anti-depressents do this to someone? I talked to him today it and he said they just change chemical reactions in your brain but i just wanted to make sure.

Antidepressants can help so this is a good step. I don't think it changes the feeling for people from my experience

He is right I was on them for 2 years and they don't do that kind of change to you. Trust me on that.

His attitude might be a little sharper if he wasn't on them, or perhaps more moody but I highly doubt that he wouldn't call you his friend. No need to worry.
