Next year will be my senior year and then I'm off to college. What is worrying me most is finding a job after college. I will probably be majoring in History and maybe Political Science as well, and aside from being a teacher there don't seem to be many career options for those with a degree in History. I don't really want to major in anything else, so my question is, what kind of jobs could I get with a History major? Don't get me wrong, there's nothing wrong with being a teacher, but they are paid so little and I don't want to have to worry about money.

Jay21,

Archaeology is a pretty good field to go into. It's interesting. You could also work at a museum preserving historical artifacts and/or documents.

Think teaching is probably the most common. And not sure where you live, but where I live, teachers make some pretty good bank. Not guna be like really rich and stuff, but you'll do pretty good
