Tics as in certain impulse movements regarding facial movements, uneven breathing, neck straining, etc. I've always had certain tics one way or another for as long as I can remember, but it has gotten extremely bad recently, so much that's I'm having problems because of it. What can be done to keep it under control?

Maybe. I haven't actually noticed a pattern to it, but that is possible.

I would say just try to relax more and see if it helps but easier said than done. Have you ever spoken to your Dr about it ?

What did he say ?

Pretty much that he just mentioned he noticed it. He asked if it was more when I'm on my medicine, which it may be, but I can't say for sure since it's happened before.
