Hey so I just thought I'd put a list of some of the things I do when I have an attack/things that calm me down. Feel free to add your own.

Throwing things up and catching them
Knocking some sort of repetitive pattern into a table or wall
Fiddling with something like a paper lip or napkin

I just put on a game and lose myself in it or watch some one on twitch and try to relax. It helps some times.... and other times it doesn't help very much :(
