Tonight I made Chcolate brownies for the first time..
OMFG..
I think I'm in heaven.. I'm going to get very very fat.
I used the Gordon Ramsey triple chocolate brownie recipe. Anyone got one that's better? If that's possible :yummy:

I love brownies as long as they are soft and easy to eat. Once they are hardened, i cant eat them.

This is my favorite recipe, it's from my grandma. :)

1/2 c. melted butter or margarine
1 c. sugar
2 eggs
1 tsp vanilla
1/3 c cocoa powder
1/2 c flour
1/4 tsp. baking powder
1/4 tsp salt

Preheat oven to 350. Grease a 8x8 pan. Mix dry and wet ingredients seperately and then mox together until just moistened...don't overmix or they'll turn out harder. Bake 25-30 minutes.

I make these all the time...when my Grandma made them she frosted them with a chocolate honey frosting.....it was really good, but I never use it. If you want the frosting recipe, let me know and I'll dig it out. The recipe source originally originated by Masala TV (http://www.masala.tv/ma/)
