For those that would like to do some exercises for the leg and glute muscles, here's a great workout for a few days. If you have questions regarding how to do an exercise or if you think it is too difficult or easy for you, post your questions and comments below. Modifications are available! All this can be done at home!

Everyday before working out, make sure to do a good warm-up!

Warm-up:
40 jumping jacks
15 push-ups
15 squats

Day 1:

4 sets of 20 squats
4 sets of 1 minute wall sit
4 sets of 20 squat jumps

Day 2:

4 sets of 30 split squats (15 each side)
4 sets of 20 cossack squats (10 each side)
4 sets of 20 glute bridges

Day 3:

4 sets of 1 minute glute bridge hold
4 sets of 20 burpees
4 sets of 1 minute squat hold

Day 4:

4 sets of 1 minute single-leg glute bridge hold (1 minute each leg)
4 sets of 20 alternating lunges (10 each side)
4 sets of 40 calf raises
