Hi. So I really like rugby and I play it a lot at school. I'm good at it but I know I can do better. I also want to move up to the top squad which I am just under. So let's say there are 6 groups, 1 being the best and 6 being the worst, I am in 2. So I'm quite close to it. So I wanted to know how I could get in shape to get better. Maybe bulk up, get faster that kinda stuff. I know lots of people on here won't play rugby but I'm open to any replies.

I would eat a lot of protein-chicken-fish-dairy products.
Start working out with fly weights. It got me in shape
for soccer. I started when I was 12 and my body
improved in muscle when I started puberty.
