Hey guys!
My height is around 5'9" - 5'10" and as I last checked, I'm around 73-75kg..
How much weight should i lose and what exercise should I start with?

It does not matter what you weigh as much as what you look like. I do cardio and lift light weights.

You're not really overweight...according to most BMI scales. Why do you think you need to lose weight?

So do some core exercises mixed with cardio to tighten it up and burn the fat.

High-intensity workouts (2X-3X a week) (sprints, hard biking) You want your legs to feel dead.

Long Jogs 2X a week

Core workouts every day

Simple plan that I put together that I use and had benefitted me greatly

For wrestling Ive seen drastic measures taken: if you really want to lose it fast you can google it, but it is hazardous to your health and reduces your energy and brain function and body function

It all starts with clean eating.

diet is more important than exercise. even going on walks and spending less time sitting down is enough as long as you eat a healthy diet
