Hey, so I'm not sure if I should lose some weight or not. I've recently noticed I'm looking a bit bigger, and gained a few pounds. I'm 15 and 5'11 I weigh 205 pounds. I'm a boy btw. I did an online test thing and it said I was like 1% over the line for overweight. (it said I was at 96%, and 95% was overweight. Is it even worth worrying about? I'd appreciate any advice. Thanks :)

If it causes you health problems you should lose weight. If you are healthy and feel healthy then there's probably no need to.

You're probably still growing and your body is changing...it is normal for your weight to fluctuate during puberty. I think as long as you get regular exercise and eat fairly healthy...your weight is fine, as long as you don't suddenly gain like 20-30 pounds in a very short amount of time.
