This looks like a good place to start: http://eating-disorders.org.uk/
It says that they'll help you no matter what area you live in and there's a phone number you can call. Don't let yourself suffer. Good luck and keep your head up :)

Are you trying to lose more weight? Do you believe you're fat? Do eat regularly and enough meals a day? The best way to start getting help is by helping yourself. Try and reconstruct your opinion of yourself, look in the mirror and try and pick things you like about yourself, even if it's the smallest thing start with that, try and find a new one each day. Try to eat 3 balanced meals a day and stay on top of keeping a healthy diet going. It's mind over matter when it comes to eating disorders really, it's accepting yourself for who you are and what your problem is, then addressing those problems correctly. If your'e really stuck visit your GP, they should be able to point you in the right direction, good luck love :) :hug3:

Eat a balanced diet three times a day.
And eat enough to prevent you from getting hungry.

If your not still trying to lose or haunted by thoughts about how your fat, or ugly or anything negative related to eating and image. Your OK. Some people are just skinny and prefer to be that way.

When I work out at gym my body fat is 16 - 14%. But I'm not trying to lose more than my set goal for gym and personal preference. If your goal keeps getting blower and lower or thoughts bothersome its time to speak help.

Ed has a lot to do with self image. Where as trying to be model thin just because you like the look or want that career is not. And some people are just born thin. No fat and no muscle to speak of and under weight for the average but they are perfectly healthy.
