I don't know what's wrong, but for the past couple of months I stay up all night till around 9 in the morning then fall asleep till 4pm and wake up and repeat and I only eat once in this time and when I do even the smallest thing makes me feel extremely sick... Like if I eat a small bowl of cereal, or a snack or whatever it makes me feel like I have ate a giant meal. Does anyone have a clue what may be the issue?

Probably your sleeping pattern, having such a messed up pattern can really mess with your body, try sleeping during normal times

That would be what I thought, but the problem is even when I get up at 7 in the morning and stay up and litterally try to exhaust myself all day, I still end up staying up till 4 in the morning and it starts all over or I end up staying up for days at a time, I've tried sleeping pills, prescriptions, and everything x.x

I have what's called delayed sleep phase syndrome that keeps me up. It's something that comes and goes in cycles. But my apatite isn't affected by it. Or of it is, it's that I eat more to compensate for less sleep. Often trouble sleeping and eating are symptoms of something... like, who knows, an out of adjustment thyroid??? Could be a lot of things from minor to very serious.

You have delayed sleep phase syndrome. I have it and I've got the same problems as you with sleep. I can't reset it. I try but I end up with fierce migraines that put me in the hospital for meds to knock me out so I sleep during the day anyway.

My sleep specialist told me just to live with it and it gets better with age. I'm a 3rd shift worker lol. I'd love to work at night. But its gotta b an active job not standing setting or cleaning.

Also get your thyroid checked. That can be a cause of the feeling sick. I've had that problem before and it went away on its own. Mine was related to IBS.
