Soar nipple

My nipples have been soar for quite a while is this a stage of puberty? and can men lactate?
I'm am 13 1/2

That depends on how bad the soarness is, mild soarness and swelling is a part of the change of the appearance of your nipples to be darker and have a more pronoenced ring around them.

well ... males do have nipples and mammary glands like women who lactate, it depends on hormones or an intake of hormones which can affect whether a male could produce a small volume of milk.
there is a condition i can't remember what it is called but a male has an extra X chromosome giving them feminine features like breasts, lactation etc .. but its rare.

i haven't heard of sore nipples during puberty ... but i suppose if it continues over maybe a week or so see a doctor to be safe, if you are on medications atm they may have some kind of impact depending on what it is. don't stress though

Chris, its called gynecomastia, Im having that problem only in my left peck, its so annyoing, i wanna kill myself just knowing I have it there. and it says it goes away in 2 years, well mine hasnt yet. so im freaking out about it badly :(
