You are just fine. Even if your friends are talking like that, they are probably lying. This is just what a lot of guys at this age do. They brag about something that they don't have. Don't be embarressed. You are perfectly on track with your puberty.

I'm no penis expert but, from what I hear, you're pretty average. And plus, I hear a girl's vagina measures on average just 4 inches deep. So if you've got about 4 inches or more you're good. xP
