I'm happy people like making forums but I just don't get the point? We already have that stuff at VT?

Well we didn't really know what else we could put there. I mean, we just put normal General Discussion topics like most people would think of.
I mean, we didn't put Puberty topics there or anything.
Though the "other sites and links" along with the "stress outlet", well, might be... like... that... I guess?
Edit: The name, too.
Oh well, but you see.

Yeah, when people try to copy VT (I've done so once), it usually fails.. And when someone like me then tries to create a totally different forum, it still fails. :)

i really don't see the need to do a vt copy. everything we need is here already, isn't it? why do we need another?

Ok, well, when Duke and I planned it it wasn't gonna be meant to be a "VT Copy". As I said above, we just thought of the usual General Discussion most forums would have. Like, movies, music, books, games, those stuff. Because as I see, *goes to forum page*, well, yeah, I guess I do agree with what I said. :P

True but then again you are site admin and can change some stuff.
Yeah at least I didn't put Puberty in there. That's the last thing me and Johnny agreed on was not to have more hormonally crazed teens on there.
But I am think of taking off some stuff

Well good luck with it, just take a look through all the other forums people have made, all dead.

Well I'm still having high hopes. I mean the forum was only made a few days ago so it's not dead yet

I had high hopes when i first made a forum....it went nowhere, i made another, it went no where. eventually you will see that forums created by the average person last for a week then they die.

My first one (Hot Topic) lasted a month and a half then got hacked, my next one (The paradise) lasted a month, and died. Then VK lasted a week and a half :P

Josh was an average person setting up this place, look where we are now.

But Josh didn't want to have a forum just to have a forum - he wanted to help people.
Atleast, that's the impression I had.

And I am some people setting up forums here are not just doing it for the sake of having a forum.
