When I get excited I like do this thing with my hands.. Idk why I just do and I have OCD. Is that it?

I've never heard of that as an OCD thing. Do you feel like you have to do those things?

Like the last poster said. If you feel like you have to do things like that, then yes. If you don't feel that way, it's probably just something similar to talking with your hands. Not necessarily exactly the same, but similar.

I have OCD and i move my hands alot, but it is the anxiety for me.

I have OCD and I feel that if, for example, If I clench my left fist, I then HAVE to clench my right fist to "equalise" them (It was a term I coined a while back). So if you feel like really have to do the thing with your hands, then I would suggest that you have OCD :)

It could be tourettes syndrome. OCD and tourettes go together alot.

As said above it really depends if you feel that you have to do it. If you have no compulsive thoughts but feel you have to do it you may have a form of OCD called Pure-O which simply put means that you have obsessions but no compulsions to go with them.
