Considering the picture is a baby. i'm thinking the title of "Touch-Up" is a bit inappropriate. Thats not what I intended (just to point out) But imma use it anyway.
Basically I got bored and decided to edit a picture of a baby with chicken pox (got it off google when looking for "person with spots" not looking for pictures of babies :p but i decided to use it anyway, its not great, just the product of my boredom

Before:

After

Changes:

Hopefully you can tell i removed the chicken pox (at least the ones i saw, might have missed a couple of smaller ones)
small skin touch up under the eyes and above the top lip where there was quite a bit of redness
removed a crease in the neck and added a slightly darker blue tone to the eyes. Its quite hard to tell but if you look closely you can see its there. I didn't want to make it too dominant or obvious because it makes it look ridiculously unrealistic

The photos are a little small, so it is hard to see how well and seamlessly the editing is done, but from what I can see, it looks good. :]

Welcome to VT, btw!

yeah, I just worked off the canvas of the original photo (210px x 240px), I'll resize them both to 450 x 500. And thanks
Edit: 450 x 500 didn't make much difference, so i re sized to 908 x 1000 so now they're pretty huge (keep in mind that it's been re seized from 210 x 240 to908 x 1000 so it's going to look pretty pix-elated)
