Welcome to Cutting & Self Harm

This is for information and help regarding cutting or any other form of self-harm. If you feel you have a self-harming problem and would like help with it or are unsure what falls under the category of self-harm this is the place to raise your questions or concerns.

This section is NOT a place for you to ask how to self harm, share methods, or tips about self harming. Any threads and/or posts that do so will be deleted and the appropriate course of action will be taken whether it be a warning or infraction.

Types of self-harm may include:

• cutting the skin
• burning the skin
• destructive or dangerous behaviour, such as misusing alcohol or drugs

Due to the sensitive nature of this forum, please remember to be respectful of others' feelings and situation. If you do not have any positive or helpful comments to input please do not post. If this is seen, your post will most likely be deleted, and a moderator will explain to you why that happened.
